We work with a broad network of ITAD & BuyBack vendors that specialize in different aspects of the industry. We are able to broker the process on your behalf to get the best pricing and services to support your greater strategy plans/needs.
Gather Device Information
Organizations provide TrustTrade with information needed to determine device value. TrustTrade will provide quotes for all hardware received.
Vendor Arranges Pickup
TrustTrade will assist your organization with on-site an or mail-in services. Packing material will be provided at no additional cost.
Secure Data Wipe & Audit
We value privacy and security. TrustTrade works with organizations that are current with NIST-800-88 REV and who can provide certificate of data erasure and/or destruction of each device processed.
Receive Payment
Final payment for used hardware will be issued, usually within 90 days of pick up.
